Terms of Use – Nicegraphs

1. Service Identification

Nicegraphs is an online service for automated chart generation powered by artificial intelligence, independently operated by its developer. Contact can be made through the official support page available on the platform.

2. Service Description

The platform enables automatic generation of multiple charts from user-provided text, using artificial intelligence models. Charts can be freely downloaded and customized.

Nicegraphs offers a free plan with daily limitations, as well as subscription plans (Premium and Pro) that include higher generation limits, access to advanced models, significantly increased character limits per request, and an ad-free experience.

The platform currently integrates AI models provided by OpenAI, Google (Gemini), and DeepSeek.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, the user acknowledges and fully agrees to these Terms of Use. The service does not contain content inappropriate for minors; however, it is recommended that users have the legal capacity to accept these terms.

4. Nature of Artificial Intelligence

Nicegraphs uses artificial intelligence to interpret text and convert it into charts. The service relies on automated processing and may occasionally produce inaccuracies or inconsistencies.

The user is responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before using it in technical, academic, commercial, or decision-making contexts.

5. User Account and Security

Account creation is not required for initial use of the platform, but will be necessary after a certain usage limit is reached.

Passwords are stored in encrypted form. Accounts may be suspended or blocked in the event of a violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

6. Plans, Subscriptions, and Commercial Terms

Free Plan: limited daily generations, ads, reduced character limit, and access to entry-level models.

Premium Plan: high generation volume, increased character limit, access to premium models, and ad-free experience.

Pro Plan: near-unlimited generations, very high character limit, and full access to all available models.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of purchase and renewed automatically. Cancellation can be done at any time, with no refund for the current billing period, except in cases of proven service failure.

Plan changes take effect immediately. When switching plans, you will be charged immediately only the proportional difference between the plans, calculated based on the remaining time in the current billing period. The calculation follows the formula: (New price − Old price) × (remaining time / total billing cycle time).

7. Payments

Payments are processed through the Stripe platform. In the event of failed payment, automatic retry attempts may occur. If the issue persists, the subscription will be cancelled automatically.

8. Usage Rights

Users may use generated charts for personal or commercial purposes, including publishing or incorporating them into their own projects.

9. Prohibited Use

• Generating illegal content or content that violates copyrights.
• Conducting attacks, intentional overload, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Automating requests in an abusive manner.
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights over submitted data and generated charts. The technology, source code, brand, and platform structure remain the property of Nicegraphs.

11. Privacy Policy

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or completely error-free operation.

Nicegraphs is not liable for decisions made based on generated charts, nor for issues arising from temporary service unavailability.

13. Dependency on Third-Party Services

The platform depends on external providers for artificial intelligence, authentication, infrastructure, and payment processing. Temporary unavailability of these services may temporarily affect platform functionality.

14. Service Modifications

Nicegraphs may change features, limits, available models, or offered plans, as well as discontinue resources at any time.

15. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in the event of a violation of these terms or abusive use of the platform.

16. Infrastructure and Integrations

The platform uses Google authentication, infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean, AI models from OpenAI, Google, and DeepSeek, and payment processing via Stripe.

17. Legal Compliance

Data processing complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 – LGPD) and other applicable provisions of Brazilian legislation.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the current version.
